We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to help us scale and optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine.In this role, you'll work closely with Sales and Marketingto improve operational processes, manage key systems (like HubSpot), and transform GTM data into actionable insights that drive growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and maintain ourTAM (Total Addressable Market)framework — includingICP segmentation and account-level data enrichment.
  • Lead theterritory and account assignment process across GTM teams.
  • Build and maintaindashboards and reporting for pipeline health, funnel conversion, and territory coverage.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to operationalize GTM strategy:routing, scoring, attribution, segmentation.
  • Manage day-to-dayrevenue operations initiatives, tooling, and process improvement.
  • Identify bottlenecks, build automation, and help teams move faster with better data.
What we're looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience inRevenue Operations,BizOps,Marketing,Sales Operationsor a similar GTM role in aB2B SaaS company.
  • Strong hands-on experience withHubSpot (bonus: Salesforce, Clearbit, enrichment tools).
  • Proven experience managing or buildingTAM/ICP frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
  • High-level English – both written and verbal.
