Job Description
The Revenue Operations Global Process Manager is responsible for defining process requirements, leading operational integration, ensuring compliance, and supporting both new and existing functionalities. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or possess equivalent practical experience, along with at least 4 years of experience in finance, operations management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
Define process requirements for business growth and cash operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design for new products and systems implementation.Lead operational integration for business growth and cash operations of newly acquired companies, working with outsourcing partners.Consult with Google product teams and global counterparts to understand operational environments, impacts of changes, and address issues proactively.Analyze data sets effectively to test hypotheses and provide insights that influence decision-making.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, and local entity requirements; prepare for supporting new and existing functionalities.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in finance, operations management, management consulting, or corporate strategy, including experience in finance operations, project management, and system transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects, including risk assessment and control in revenue and payment operations.
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly and influence leadership within Google's product areas and Finance.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and process design skills.
