Compensation: $150,000-$180,000 Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Position: Revenue Manager Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Revenue Manager to join their team! Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Reporting Team Oversee daily activities, ensure deadlines are met, and provide mentorship.
• Ensure Compliance Maintain adherence to US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal controls; review contracts for revenue accuracy.
• Audit & Reporting Manage internal/external audit requests, review financial reports, and support SEC reporting.
• Revenue Oversight Monitor month-end close, accruals, and revenue reporting processes; present PPA reports to leadership.
• Process Improvement Identify automation opportunities, enhance workflows, and drive efficiency in revenue accruals.
• Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with Production, Division Order, and Operations to resolve escalated issues.
• Training & Development Mentor and train team members, oversee hiring needs, and manage personnel matters.
• Other Duties Assist with general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, volumetric reporting, and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Minimum five (5+) years of Oil and Gas Accounting experience
• At least five (5+) years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office, (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Other Information

• Onsite; Monday to Thursday (9-hour days), with a half-day on Friday (4 hours).
