Volunteers of America National Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our Gulf Coast Village Accounting team!Location: 1333 Santa Barbara Blvd Cape Coral, FL 33991Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Occasional Weekends Required)Salary: $83,000-$116,000 (Based on years of Experience)About the Job:The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all billing, collections, and revenue management functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. This role ensures timely and accurate billing and collections in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and resident agreements. The manager works closely with clinical, admissions, and finance departments to optimize reimbursement and resident satisfaction.Essentials:

• Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle process for all levels of care (IL, AL, SNF, memory care), including close monitoring of A/R Aging reports, billing, reconciliations, and coordinating follow-up on outstanding balances to ensure timely cash collections.
• Maintain A/R at less than sixty (60) days below target thresholds, support timely monthly close, and ensure 100% compliance with internal billing and approval processes.
• Coordinate with Admissions and Care teams to ensure timely billing and resident transitions are financially accounted for.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Team to ensure all cash receipts and A/R transactions are accurately posted in a timely manner to the general ledger.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections for Medicare, Medicaid (Florida Medicaid knowledge preferred), managed care, private insurance, and private pay residents.
• Supervise and support A/R Coordinators, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage resident trust fund operations in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in audit preparation, and financial reporting in partnership with the Controller and Accounting Team.
• Support the Controller on special projects or assignments as needed.
• Actively participate in the annual budgeting process by providing data and insight on revenue and receivables.
• Partner with finance leadership on system improvements, integrations, and standardization efforts to increase efficiency and data integrity.
• Strong preference for proficiency in Point Click Care, comparable financial and healthcare systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, business, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) – five (5) years of revenue cycle or billing management experience in a healthcare or senior living environment (required).
• Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing, private pay billing, and payer compliance.
• Experience leading and developing billing and collection teams.
