This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the revenue cycle process, from billing and coding to claims and revenue recovery. You will be playing a vital role in our organization, ensuring maximum revenue generation and optimal financial health. Responsibilities:As a Revenue Cycle Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to the following: 1. Overseeing and managing the entire revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, coding, claims submission, payment posting, and account reconciliation.2. Implementing strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle process.3. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to billing, coding, and claims submission.4. Developing and maintaining productive relationships with insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.5. Providing training and guidance to the revenue cycle team to ensure best practices are followed.6. Analyzing revenue cycle data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.7. Working closely with other department heads to integrate and align the revenue cycle process with other business operations.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Revenue Cycle Manager position should possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing all aspects of the revenue cycle process, including billing, coding, claims submission, and revenue recovery.2. Extensive knowledge of medical billing and coding procedures, insurance claims processing, and healthcare revenue cycle management.3. Proven ability to implement effective revenue cycle strategies and processes.4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders.6. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.7.
