Job Purpose
The Revenue Cycle Content Creator will create, develop, and manage course materials, including (but not limited to) measurable learning objectives, interactive scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, knowledge checks, performance evaluations, glossaries, and assessments. Ensure that the operation playbooks are up to date and most current version is being leveraged by the front line staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing content for suitability and integration into the eLearning platform.
- Convert current materials into eLearning formats, incorporating audio, visual, and interactive elements.
- Manage content update requests submitted by departmental leadership.
- Publish updated content to the repository for team access via the Axis platform.
- Ensure all current materials are uploaded and aligned within HealthStream curriculums.
- Communicate content updates and status changes to Departmental Leadership and the Training Department.
- Develop new content as needed for both legacy systems and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, maintain, and publish courses.
- Support additional educational initiatives and requirements as needed.
Qualifications
- Solid foundation or training in eLearning design, web design, presentation design, and database design and management.
- Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage change effectively.
- Skilled at building relationships and collaborating with leadership at all levels.
- Proficient with authoring tools such as Articulate and Microsoft products, as well as virtual training platforms like Teams and Zoom.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts well to shifting priorities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.
