Returns Representative - Kelly Services : Job Details

#x 9; Open, review, and evaluate all part returns promptly. Inspect returned items for defects, usage, or misuse. Determine accurate disposition of returned items (restock, return to vendor, or scrap). Professionally repackage parts being returned to stock. Process customer returns and issue credits as appropriate. Follow up with vendors regarding returns and ensure timely receipt of credits. Communicate effectively with customers regarding return inquiries or issues. Monitor trends in defective returns and report patterns to Spare Parts Management, Quality, and Service departments. Assist with general material handling duties, including lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in material management, inventory control, or similar field preferred.
