Returns Materials Handler - OReilly Auto Parts : Job Details

Join our team as a Returns Materials Handler and help us ensure a smooth return process for our merchandise. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $22.00 to $25.25 per hour, with additional performance-based premiums available!

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Unload diverse merchandise from trucks and organize them in designated staging areas.
• Verify what is unloaded by matching driver manifests to the merchandise.
• Assist in wrapping, loading, and shipping outbound merchandise.
• Scan and inspect return merchandise and route it to appropriate areas.
• Sort and neatly stack checked-in rebuilt core and warranty merchandise.
• Follow procedures for staging, audits, and preparing products for shipping.
• Maintain and rebox incoming merchandise as needed.
• Manage inventory and order boxes for specific lines.
• Coordinate warranty processes with vendor representatives.
• Process various types of merchandise including recalls and non-stocks.
• Ensure HazMat chemicals are disposed of following company policies.
• Conduct monthly inventory rotations and prepare necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and accurately match numerical and alphabetical characters.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; advanced skills and automotive knowledge are desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desirable.
