For more information, go to beyondyoga.com.The E-Commerce Coordinator will support the ecommerce team in the execution of retention marketing activities and will help support the execution of its critically important email and SMS marketing program. You will work with the retention team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and help us create personalized, high-impact messages to our customers and will collaborate with multiple departments to help build Beyond Yoga's success.About The Job

• You will report to the Director, Retention Marketing.
• Help build email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Support the writing and implementation of creative briefs
• Support segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with applicable insights.
• Collaborate with teams (creative, product, CX) to ensure accurate campaign delivery.
• Help maintain and grow our subscriber lists while ensuring data hygiene.
• Stay up to date on email/SMS marketing trends and best practices.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
• Review the email calendar and work with merchandising to ensure inventory aligns with marketing
• Support email marketing including: setting up email campaigns and testing emails before deployment
• Help with reporting on email and SMS performance

About You

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in email/SMS or retention.
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in an ecommerce business using Klaviyo email platform
• Comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing along with retention and customer journey. A desire to grow in the field.
• A curious mindset and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with Shopify & Asana (or other project management tools)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email
• Intermediate Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills

This is a hybrid position based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.The expected starting salary range for this role is $51,400- $80,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.Levi Strauss & Co.
