We're looking for a Visual Display Coordinator who can transform our furniture showroom into a series of inspiring, magazine-worthy moments that help customers see themselves at home. This is more than decorating - it's storytelling through design. What You'll Do Design Dreamy Vignettes: Create visually striking furniture and accessory displays that align with the store's floor plan, seasonal trends, and brand vision. Own the Look: Execute all visual merchandising elements - from showroom layout and signage to styling and promotions. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on lifestyle, interior design, and retail display trends, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the floor. Partner with the Team: Work closely with store associates to maintain engaging displays and coach them on how to enhance the customer's visual experience. Train & Support: Help team members understand how to accessorize effectively and assist with customer interactions when needed. Maintain Visual Standards: Regularly refresh and tidy displays to keep them looking their best. You're a Great Fit If You: Are creative, detail-oriented, and love bringing spaces to life Have strong communication and collaboration skills Excel at juggling multiple design tasks and staying organized Know your way around Microsoft Office (and can learn company-specific tools) Can confidently read and follow floor plans and layout diagrams Have a flair for customer service and presentation Preferred Background: Bachelor's degree in interior design, merchandising, or related field OR 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, interior styling, or showroom design What to Expect Work Environment: Indoor retail setting with hands-on design work Physical Activity: Some lifting (20 lbs), plus bending, kneeling, and moving furniture or décor Schedule: Flexibility is key - weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required Travel: Occasional visits to nearby stores and distribution centers Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, background check, MVR screen, and Culture Index survey Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Interior design: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Leesburg, GA (Required) Work Location: In person
