Job Title
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage third-party field marketing representatives.
- Develop and implement store visit schedules and KPIs to ensure optimal retail coverage.
- Monitor rep performance, including merchandising compliance, promotional setup, and store feedback.
- Review field reports, analyze data, and optimize rep productivity and store impact.
Retail Execution & In-Store Marketing:
- Work closely with key retail partners (e.g., Best Buy, Costco, Walmart) to maintain brand presence and visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee the placement and maintenance of POP materials, endcaps, interactive displays, and signage.
- Ensure proper setup and execution of in-store promotions and events.
- Collaborate with retail staff to educate them on product features, promotions, and brand positioning.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams (sales, brand, product) and retail accounts to ensure aligned execution.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Collect and analyze field team and retail execution data.
- Create regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements to enhance brand presence, shopper engagement, and sales impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in in-store merchandising, retail management, or related roles, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of retail environments, including store layouts, customer journey, and visual merchandising principles.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful in-store merchandising strategies that have driven brand visibility and increased sales.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide field teams to achieve objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize in-store merchandising initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of consumer electronics industry trends, retail landscape, and customer preferences.
- Familiarity with retail marketing strategies, store operations, and field team management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
