Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers both in-store and over the phone, identifying their needs and presenting suitable products.
• Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Retrieve and stock products as needed.
• Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
• Set up merchandise displays and assist with store maintenance.
• Comply with inventory control measures.
• Offer suggestions for improving sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have the legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Prior experience selling paint and related products.
• Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
• Proficiency in a second language, especially Spanish, is a plus.
