As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding shopping experience for our guests. You will greet customers warmly, maintain store cleanliness, and support the manager with daily operations. Our training will prepare you to be successful in all areas of the store, offering you valuable operational experience. There are ample opportunities for advancement within EG America, which has nearly 1700 locations nationwide.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome every guest with a friendly smile!
• Efficiently operate the cash register
• Adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment—each day brings new challenges!
• Prepare coffee and replenish stock on shelves, coolers, and freezers
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store
• Engage actively with the community and ensure our doors are open to guests in all weather conditions, including weekends and holidays

Minimum Education: N/A

Preferred Education: High School or GED

Minimum Experience: N/A

Preferred Experience: 3-6 months in retail or customer service

Preferred Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory

Scheduling: This position is available as part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours), requiring availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours daily, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in a cooler. The work environment has a moderate noise level.
