As a Retail Sales Associate, you are an integral part of bringing the Macys magic, and the Macys shopper is your highest priority. With a passion for exceptional customer service, an interest in fashion, styling talent, and product knowledge, you will deliver a memorable shopping experience through the art of conversation by always being welcoming, engaging, inquisitive, and creating that human connection that our customers are seeking when shopping in our stores. You will be responsible for actively circulating the sales floor, determining the customers needs, sharing the benefits of our loyalty programs, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish.
