Retail Pricing Clerk - Food City Supermarket : Job Details

The ECRS/ POS Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining overall pricing integrity throughout K-VA-T Food Stores, Inc. by troubleshooting, supporting, and resolving retail store issues on items not scanning in the ECRS inventory system. Additionally, this role is responsible for the daily extracting, sorting, and delivering of financial data files from third party vendors such as Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG), HT Hackney, and Cardinal. Essential Job Functions:Ensure that all price changing procedures are properly followed and maintained in all departments. Ensure that all merchandise prices are consistent with prices listed in Retail Pricing Departments applications. Add/ Remove new and specialty items to ECRS, as needed. Maintain audit records of all price changes. Completes audit reports, noting discrepancies and plans of action to resolve. Enforces regional pricing and product authorization policies.
