Never a dull moment here! As the Retail Operations Manager, you will guide the team in photographing guests and providing custom photo packages for retail at the end of their experience. As the Retail Operations Manager, you will:
  • Motivate, support, and manage team to drive KPIs and revenue goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage all aspects of operating a photo retail business, including guest service, operations, hiring & training, data & reporting, client relations, and business administration
  • Work directly with the leadership team to establish current and long-term objectives, plans, and policies
  • Read, analyze, and interpret data and reports to drive performance
  • Confidentially and efficiently respond to inquiries and/or complaints
  • Effectively communicate with staff, host client, and leadership
  • Understand the basic functions of the capture/production/retail positions and be able to perform the functions as required (training will be provided on each)
  • Must be able to speak clearly and effectively and establish clear lines and methods of communication throughout the organization
  • Complete daily/monthly/and other reporting
  • Responsible for payroll, scheduling, and all business administration to run the business
  • Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Provide an amazing experience for guests visiting New Orleans and be the best representation of our client's brand
Summary of Experience
  • 2 years retail/customer service management experience
  • Enthusiastic mindset that is motivated by results
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Quick on your feet thinking and ability to multi-task
  • Experience in motivating and coaching staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral skills to communicate with staff professionally and effectively
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients
  • Minimum High School or GED
