**What You Will Do:**

* Suggestively sell and assist in store goals for sales

* Assist in maintaining the fresh meat case by, cutting meat to order, maintaining, and filling the meat case, and rotating product and fabricating product to support sales

* Maintaining quality and freshness for all fresh and frozen meats.

* Wash and sanitize the meat area knives, cutting tools, meat saw and cutting board as needed throughout the day

* Make sure all products are wrapped correctly, and dated and labeled with product and freshness standards

* Use the price computing scales to accurately label and price all items in the fresh and frozen meat case

* Change the meat prices in the scale weekly

**What You Need:**

* Skilled Trade School, Certification or Apprenticeship in a recognized business

* Retail (or Comparable) Experience in a high volume, high fabrication work environment for 2 or more years

**Preferred Skills**

* Whole Animal Butchery Experience

* Retail Experience in a high volume, high fabrication work environment for 2 or more years

* Experience with branded beef programs like Certified Angus Beef
