Job Description:
Pilot Flying J seeks an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. Responsibilities include developing and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to meet standards, sales, profit objectives, and customer satisfaction.
The Retail General Manager Will Also Be:
Additional responsibilities include team building, staffing, training, driving sales, managing team members, tracking inventory, providing customer service, and performing P&L analysis.
Starting pay rates range from $54,300 to $80,750 annually.
Qualifications include integrity, accountability, leadership skills, flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays, with 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry, including high-volume retail with P&L responsibility. Ability to foster a customer-focused culture is essential.
