Each of our retail locations provide the perfect stage for our customers to experience all of Lovepops creations and learn the Lovepop story. We are looking for a Brand Ambassador who is all things; motivator, super seller, storyteller with the ability to achieving personal and team sales goals.* + Create Brand awareness through our storytelling script within the shopping experience.

+ Be the face of Lovepop and provide product knowledge to all customers.

+ Provide a magical experience through genuine connections with everyone who walks by.

+ Engage and sell to meet daily personal and location goals.

+ Be able to upkeep the location for a seamless and organized experience for every customer.

+ Be able to open/close your respective locations to Company standards.

+ Keep the location looking magical and engaging, making sure that our product is always looking its best.

+ Work hard and be a great team member! We expect everyone on the team to take ownership and show an ambitious attitude.

+ Will be A-Players who want to succeed and outperform expectations.

+ Have the ability to effectively communicate with customers -- making folks feel welcome and valued is a core mantra that we have at Lovepop!

+ High energy and self-driven to succeed for personal and Company benefit.

+ Are able to work mostly independently, learn quickly, and solve problems.

+ Has previous sales/hospitality experience.

+ Takes direction well from Leader in location merchandising moves.

+ Are able to stand for 4-6 hours in a retail selling environment and lift 25-30 pounds
