Retail Banker I - Lacey (30 Hour) - TD Bank : Job Details

The Retail Banker I is a customer liaison that is integral to delivering TDs Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to assist Customers with their banking solutions/needs. This role contributes to the achievement of business objectives that enable growth through identifying appropriate TD solutions that help Customers achieve their financial goals and optimize their relationship with TD.

The Retail Banker I:

• Proficient in products, services and routine transactions in order to identify opportunities to educate on Bank products and services to Customers
• Requires a broad knowledge and understanding of the full product suite, services and processes of business area
• Establishes and nurtures Customer relationships
• Makes product recommendations based on Customer needs
• Utilizes Customer relationship management tools
• Independently resolves customer issues
• Builds working relationships with customers
• Requires full proficiency gained through job related training
• Participates in Customer outreach, servicing and advice activities
• Engages in conversations with customers about loan products
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS

Education & Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity
• Teller experience preferred
• Must be able to complete teller training upon hire
• Demonstrated ability to engage in customer conversations
• Demonstrated organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Sound judgment in decision making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Notary License (Preferred)
