Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be assisting us during our pop-ups, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies regarding cash handling and security measures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Help with content creation.

    • Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to upselling and promoting store products is highly valued.

    Job Type: Temporary - POSSIBILITY TO BE A REOCCURRING POSITION

    Pay: $300.00 per day

    Shift: 10 hour shift

    Ability to Commute: New York, NY 10036 (Required)
