Retail Activation Manager, Builder - Whirlpool Corporation : Job Details

Account management for Builder Accounts. Lead the development and strengthening of the marketing partnership with priority Builders, adapting to varying levels of marketing expertise and capability. Design and execute regional marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with key strategic channels and in alignment with annual activation plans. Develop differentiated value propositions that resonate w/ builders. Identify consumer segmentation to inform targeting, messaging, and campaign optimization. Develops annual activation plan (JBP), in a close collaboration with retailer, sales team and brand marketing, making sure of alignment between priorities and strategic direction. Lead channel strategy & annual planning, through the development of channel specific resources. Deliver business objectives for accounts and brands, and define advertising needs online and omnichannel. Ideate marketing plans and identify gaps in current resources w/ process partners.
