General ManagerLocation: Blue Sushi Sake Grill – Nashville 5th & Broadway

We're looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven leader to oversee daily operations at Blue Sushi Sake Grill. As General Manager, you'll report directly to the Regional Operations Director and take ownership of delivering an outstanding guest experience, cultivating a strong team culture, and driving overall restaurant success.

  • Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually based on your experience

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or hospitality concept
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations: food safety, scheduling, labor management, purchasing, and inventory control
  • Effective communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with restaurant management systems—especially Toast POS—is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred, but not required with relevant experience
  • Authorized to work in the U.S., valid driver's license, and willingness to complete a background check if requested

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 25+ per shift, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
  • Deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience while upholding Blue Sushi's service and quality standards
  • Oversee financial performance: manage budgets, control costs, and optimize sales and labor goals
  • Execute effective administrative processes: scheduling, payroll, inventory, vendor relationships, and reporting
  • Act as a hands-on leader, stepping in wherever needed and addressing guest feedback with professionalism and care
