This position is a pivotal role and works on a team performing water mitigation services to homes and businesses to return these properties to a safe condition necessary for repairs.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standardsWater extraction / Steam cleaningDemolitionMold remediationProper setup of professional drying equipmentMonitor of drying conditions in atmosphere and building materialsWorks daily with Lead Technicians on completing scheduled lossesRespond to jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standardsAccurate documentation in job management softwareDaily communications with peers, homeowners, office staff, managers, etc.Ability to work within a team environmentKeeping interior/exterior of vehicle neat and cleanMaintaining company image - uniform and demeanorTakes instruction and stays on taskOther duties as assignedEXPERIENCE / SKILLS / EDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or GED from an accredited institutionNo experience necessary. Training will be provided to qualified candidatesExcellent customer service skillsBasic knowledge and experience with hand toolsGood with technology.
