Restoration Project Manager

SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport is hiring a Restoration Project Manager. As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects based on estimates and approvals. QC all on going jobs daily.
  • Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
  • Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
  • Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
  • Work in conjunction with estimators to ensure scope comprehension among production staff.
  • Daily monitoring of job specific digital data entry.
  • Monitor production labor progress and percentages in relation to job budget.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
  • Provide priority response to potential customers
  • Participate in positive culture building within the production department
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills. Multi-tasking a must.
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • At least 3 years of industry experience
  • IICRC certification a preferred
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
