We are a trusted name in carpet cleaning and property restoration. While cleaning is a significant part of our services, property restoration often requires reconstruction work-from framing to cabinetry and everything in between. Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our Restoration Carpenter team!Position Overview: As a Restoration Carpenter, you will play a key role in our restoration projects. This position includes on-call responsibilities, ensuring that we can respond to emergency restoration needs promptly.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

• Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites.
• Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, and both interior and exterior trim.
• Remove damaged or defective structural components and repair or replace them.
• Inspect ceiling tiles, floor tiles, wall coverings, siding, glass, and woodwork for structural damage.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators to define the project scope, ensuring work is completed within budget.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in carpentry or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, including a driving record review and drug screening.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments.
• Own a set of tools necessary for the role.
• Able and willing to participate in on-call rotation as a part of the emergency response team to provide property securement and emergency temporary repairs.
