We have an exciting new search for a Restaurant Director of Operations for an iconic Seattle-based, rapidly expanding QSR concept. Currently operating 15 units, with more on the way! Founded 30 years ago, this company offers authentic recipes from America's South and is dedicated to quality.
The brand's high esteem, strong concept components, and excellent unit economics position it well for expansion. Plans include opening four units in 2016, eight in 2017, and more in subsequent years. The company aims to penetrate new markets within the next two years and become a national brand.
A senior executive with extensive experience in growing food-service brands has joined the founders to lead this growth. The Director of Operations will be responsible for daily operations, with growth and success of new units directly linked to their abilities. This role also offers a potential pathway to succeed the President.
