The Respite Care Admin Specialist I provides experience-based competencies and administrative assistance to further efforts of the program staff to fulfill the contracted goals and objectives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain client and employee records Address Funder administrative requirements Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES RECORD AND TRACK SERVICES: Keep and maintain appropriate records of all services provided to clients, in both hard (paper) and soft (electronic) files, ensuring records are accurate and matching; report regularly to Caregiver Services Manager progress of project timelines. FUNDER FOCUS: Keep comprehensive records of compliance with Funder and Regulatory requirements.
