Position Details: Full Time $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Job Summary: We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, and efficient care.
- Assists in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients (all ages) with pulmonary disorders
- Collects and analyzes sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases
- Measures the lung capacity of a patient to determine if there is impaired function.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager; able to function independently
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Schedule: 12-hour Day shifts; on-call requirements for Night/weekend coverage
- On-Call
Qualifications:
- Requires an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy; Certified Respiratory Therapist and/or a Credential of Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- We provide NRP, BLS, PALS, and ACLS if not already held.
- Must have a license to practice professionally in the State of Wyoming.
- Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, visitor, physicians, and other employees.
