This is a full-time role with multiple FTE options (Day, NOC, and Variable shifts) and offers a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates. Requirements:

  • Degree: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (AMA accredited program).
  • Licensing: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (required upon hire).
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire.
    • ACLS (American Heart Association) within 90 days of hire.
  • Skills: Ability to set up and operate respiratory care equipment per physician request; strong clinical judgment; commitment to quality and patient-focused care.
  • Demonstrated participation in in-service education and quality assurance programs.
