Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to help patients reach their recovery goals
• Conduct and interpret pulmonary function tests
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Operate and manage ventilators, aerosol generators, and therapeutic gas systems
• Supervise and guide support staff (aides, technicians, assistants)
• Evaluate and document treatment effectiveness
• Support discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team

What You'll Need:

• Valid Ohio RT license
• Experience in respiratory, emergency, or intensive care (preferred)
• Compassion, communication skills, and clinical competence
