Position:

We are searching for Manager - Resource Decision Support – Resource Systems Manager to be located in Beerse, Belgium, Raritan, Titusville, NJ or Spring House, PA.

Role Overview:

The Manager - Resource Decision Support – Resource Systems Manager is responsible for developing, communicating, and overseeing JRD-wide systems and processes for resource demand, headcount, and supply management. This includes managing systems like Planisware algos, RAM, Beacon Time Reporting, 1-Supply, Flex Management Tools, etc., and engaging with various stakeholders to prioritize and implement requirements. The role supports the Resource Systems Lead in RDS and helps create a vision and roadmap to evolve the resource management ecosystem.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• B.S. degree or equivalent; advanced degrees are a plus
• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience
• Project/Portfolio management experience; PMP certification is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence without authority and work across functions and geographies
• Domestic/international travel (~10%)
