Resource Management Analyst Senior

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

* You'll join our Resource Management (RM) Team performing a wide variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks to support the Program Management Office.

* You'll maintain an accurate view of workforce across FTEs, Contractors, and Leveraged resources.

* You'll administer staff life cycle processes.

* You'll support program staffing and immigration processing.

* You'll process staff queries.

* You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of the Program's RM processes and tools

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or related discipline, or equivalent

Required Experience:

* Five (5) years of relevant PMO or HR support experience

* Three (3) years proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel

* Two (2) years of Talent Acquisition experience with a demonstrated understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.

* Two (2) years working in an interrupt driven environment

* One (1) year of Information Technology environment experience

* Immigration experience is a plus.

* Demonstrated ability to perform well in a fast-paced, interrupt driven environment. Customer focus and responsiveness is a priority.

The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
