Resource Development Manager. Starting Pay: $88,996.54/yr. Exempt. Judd Wire Inc., a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a Resource Development Manager in our Turners Falls, MA facility. The individual will be responsible for integrating strategic people and systems management by aligning human resources, operational planning, and compliance frameworks within the companys Quality Management System (QMS) and HR Management System (HRMS). The role ensures individuals as well as processes are developed and sustained to promote continuity, performance, and accountability throughout the organization. This position acts as a cross-functional bridgeconnecting people, workflows, and resources to drive operational excellence in support of organizational goals and objectives.
