FRLS is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to develop and coordinate grant-funded programs from various agencies and institutions. The role involves managing grant applications, reporting, and maintaining communication with federal, state, and non-governmental agencies, serving as the central contact for grant resources and compliance.

Essential Functions and Duties
  • Review literature on available funds from governmental and private sources to assess program development feasibility.
  • Discuss program requirements and funding sources with administrative personnel.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop program goals, objectives, and funding procedures.
  • Write and submit grant applications following required formats.
  • Analyze new grant opportunities for alignment with FRLS strategic priorities and evaluate costs, benefits, and sustainability.
  • Establish and manage a centralized grants management system for tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure proper program implementation, data collection, and compliance with grant regulations.
  • Act as liaison with management, community partners, and external agencies to facilitate communication and understanding of grant requirements.
  • Research and identify new grant opportunities aligned with FRLS's mission.
  • Assist in preparing grant proposals, reports, and related materials.
  • Maintain an annual calendar of grant and reporting deadlines.
  • Support development of collateral materials and coordinate fundraising activities.
  • Evaluate and monitor grant-funded programs, and assist in writing reports for compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of fund development processes and policies regarding resource acquisition.
  • Interest in volunteer management related to resource development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and motivational skills.

  • Strategic thinking and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to travel as needed.
Other Details

Position offers a salary range of $90,000-$150,000 based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including 403(b) matching, health insurance, paid leave, and holidays. Primarily in-office with some travel required.
