Position Overview:

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that resort property units consistently meet the highest quality and timeliness standards. You will play a key role in upholding our company mission statement and values.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and quality standards
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash
• Thoroughly clean all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and outdoor spaces
• Report clean units as available for inspection
• Identify and report maintenance issues according to company procedures
• Notify supervisors of damaged or stained items
• Communicate discrepancies in inventory and supplies
• Perform weekly guest service cleans as directed
• Help maintain the organization of storage areas
• Participate in training sessions and apply learning effectively
• Promote a safe working environment
• Address guest complaints promptly and courteously
• Work efficiently to ensure units are turned around on time

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not required
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
• Strong decision-making and planning skills
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Passion for cleanliness and detailed work
• Strong work ethic with a drive to learn and adapt
• Willingness to work varying hours

Work Environment:

• This role may involve exposure to odors, dust, cleaning chemicals, and laundry materials.

The Housekeeping Associate role may encompass additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.
