Support Service Specialists are embedded into a team that provides direct support to individuals participating in Willamette Family's (WF) residential treatment programs. This position provides immediate assistance, care, and transportation for clients in residential services during and outside of treatment hours. Support service specialists encourage WF participants to follow program rules and collaborate with other WF staff who assist clients with their individual needs in early recovery. This department has staff present 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. This position is considered essential for personnel, and the department is required to have support service specialists on-site at all times. RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
- High school / GED Completion
- Valid Driver's License and Clean driving history (for some shifts and locations)
- Background Check
- Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC)
- Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period for Residential Treatment Support Staff before former clients can apply for employment.
