Cunningham Children's Home, we provide a structured, therapeutic residential environment where every interaction is an opportunity for healing and growth. Our program supports emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth by integrating treatment into their daily lives-24/7. We are currently seeking a full-time
Residential Therapist for our
Boys Group Home. In this role, you will provide clinical assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, offer individual and family therapy, and provide mental health services to youth with complex emotional and behavioral needs. You'll also offer clinical guidance to staff and collaborate with families and community partners.

Requirements: - Master's degree in human services (preferred fields: social work, counseling, clinical or counseling psychology)
- Previous clinical experience with youth in child welfare or similar settings preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a treatment team
- Flexibility with scheduling
