Position OverviewThe Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Residential Services Supervisor for the Murray Developmental Center located in Centralia, Illinois to direct, coordinate, schedule, assign and review work of direct care personnel in the provision of non-professional services, programs and activities for residents who are developmentally disabled, on an assigned shift and on an assigned home in a 24-hour operated facility. Serves as a member of an Interdisciplinary Team. Assists in the formulation and implementation of the Assessment/Habilitation Planning/Program and Service Implementation process. Makes rounds of all unit's numerous times on an assigned shift to verify that living units and individuals service areas meet Center, department, and regulatory standards.
