We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager for a luxury apartment community in East Providence. Responsibilities include managing a large apartment community, leading onsite leasing representatives, overseeing maintenance performance, ensuring open communication with residents, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing capital projects.

The ideal candidate must have 5 years of experience managing large market-rate apartment communities, possess polished communication skills, supervisory experience, be well-organized, and self-motivated.

• Executing leases, marketing, and operational activities to achieve occupancy and resident retention goals.
• Assisting in financial performance, including budgeting and collections.
• Resident retention through pleasant and timely communication with residents.

• Proficiency in Yardi and Rent Cafe.
• Market Rate Experience.
• College Degree required.
• 5+ Years' experience managing a market-rate community.
