Job Description

Oak Hill is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Residential Program Worker (RPW) to provide direct support to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. The RPW at Oak Hills Monroe location works 32 hours/week, Fri-Mon 3p-11p. Responsibilities include providing services in individuals homes and communities, such as personal care, domestic tasks, appointments, vocational services, and community activities, tailored to each persons goals. This is a union position with pay rate of $18.50 $19.40 per hour depending on shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect, record, and chart data for program evaluation, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, licensing, and certification regulations.
  • Maintain participants cleanliness, comfort, and well-being; assist with personal hygiene and daily living skills.
  • Prepare materials for program activities and projects.
  • Promote and assist with medication management, including administration and documentation; observe and report behavioral, physical, or mental changes.
  • Apply Emergency First Aid and CPR procedures to protect participants and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies to protect participants privacy and medical information.
