As a Program Specialist, you will provide leadership on required program systems, policies, and procedures, assuring the completion of outcomes, including the administration of information, evaluation, development, management, and reporting within the organization. You will ensure proper standards and regulations are adhered to as required by the agency and external funding sources. Additionally, the Program Specialist will assist in the hiring, development, and training of staff in the implementation of an array of systems, and mentor and advise staff in how to develop and network strategic relationships with peers, family members, professional, state, business, internal and community stakeholders. The Program Specialist will be a member of the new development team and participate in all required aspects of expansion. Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. M aster's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years in progressively responsible Human Services functions required, 3 of which have been in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong time management and writing skills.
  • All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least 6 months.
  • All applicants must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment.
All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check. Pay Range USD $50,720.00 - USD $50,720.00 /Yr. Seniority level
