Program ManagerThe Program Manager is a key position within the Pennsylvania Residential Homes program and is responsible for the complete functioning of the community homes, including but not limited to: health, safety, and happiness of the individuals we support, staff support and development, property and vehicle maintenance.The Program Manager must ensure that the KenCrest philosophy is carried throughout the homes and that the supports provided to each of the individuals meets the needs and desires of their everyday lives. This position supports two to three homes in a residential setting.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Understand/implement and ensure all compliance with state, county and federal rules and regulations under which KenCrest is licensed.Attend hospital discharges appointments, the 90-day appointment and ensure completion and accuracy of paperworkAttend ISP meetingsProvide training, mentoring, coaching and positive supervision to staff on an on-going basisResponsible for the hiring and onboarding of new staffMaintain house budget and schedule hours budgetWork with Assistant Director and Program Specialist to complete spending plans, annual assessments, financial assessments, etcConduct regular home inspections and complete routine vehicle maintenanceComplete monthly reports, approve staff time in Kronos, ensure adequate food and supplies in homes at all timesComplete schedules in coordination with the schedulerMeet with individuals' support coordinatorsParticipate in on-call rotationCommunicate/collaborate with day programs, communicate with familiesConduct monthly staff meetings, participate in care coordination with house nurseComplete credit card reconciliationQualificationsHigh School diploma GED requiredMinimum of five (5) years of related work experience with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office requiredExperience with Kronos preferredPrevious training on positive approaches, supervision and leadership techniques preferredMonday thru Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (On Call rotation after 90 days)We are requiring all new team members to be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine*, except where a reasonable medical or religious accommodation can be granted.
