About the Role

As a Photography Manager, you will lead a team of 8–10 photographers responsible for capturing high-quality visuals, including photography, video, and Matterport 3D tours. Your role involves leadership, technical expertise, and customer service to ensure team performance meets production goals and quality standards. You will collaborate with various departments, provide training and mentorship, and drive workflow improvements. The role requires regular travel within your market to support and develop your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a remote team of photographers, fostering high performance
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are met
• Develop efficient workflows and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with equipment and software providers
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 3–5 years of operations management experience, preferably in photography or field roles
• Proven leadership and motivational skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Strategic thinking and process development skills
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data reporting tools is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
