Position 1: Full-Time Registered Nurse
Schedule: 40 hours per week – Monday through Friday daytime hours
Status: Exempt, Salaried
Compensation: $33.00 per hour (salaried)
Benefits: Full benefits package included (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.)
This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or on-call responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for RNs looking to achieve a meaningful work-life balance.
Position 2: Part-Time Registered Nurse
Schedule: 16 hours per week – Two 8 hours weekdays TBD
Status: Non-exempt, Hourly
Compensation: $33.00 per hour (hourly)
Benefits: Not eligible for benefits
Position 3: Full-Time Registered Nurse
Schedule: 32 hours per week – Monday through Thursday 9am - 5pm
Status: Exempt, Salaried
Compensation: $33.00 per hour (salaried)
Benefits: Full benefits package included (medical, dental, vision, PTO, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee medical care and follow-up for individuals in IRA residences
Act as liaison with healthcare providers, scheduling appointments and interpreting reports
Complete nursing assessments and collaborate on care plans with program staff
Train individuals and staff on health-related issues and medication administration
Maintain accurate medical records and medication regimen reviews
Conduct site visits and ensure adherence to medical procedures and policies
Ensure availability of first aid and nursing supplies across sites
Note: This position does not participate in the nursing on-call rotation.
Requirements
Licensed and currently registered as an RN by the New York State Department of Education
Minimum of 2 years' professional nursing experience
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Valid NYS Driver's License required
