Renewal by Andersen is seeking accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to help enhance our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?

This position earns commission in addition to a base pay. You will be paid an hourly wage of $20 per hour, with potential to earn up to $27/hr through incentives. The team works Monday - Friday, approximately 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, with specific hours varying by season and location. Breaks include a 1-hour lunch and other breaks during the day. Base pay factors include experience, education, location, and certifications; your recruiter can provide more details during hiring.

PURPOSE:

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
  • Maintain professionalism, including proper uniform and municipality permits.
  • Attend paid meetings and trainings; be able to walk long distances in various weather conditions.
  • Communicate ideas for improving the canvassing program to the Program Manager.
  • Master product knowledge and promotional offerings to become a Signature Service expert.
  • Attend daily pre-shift meetings via Zoom or in person.
  • Check in with the Proximity Manager before and after shifts.
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
    • Customer Service or Door-to-Door experience
    • Reliable transportation
    • Strong verbal communication skills
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, comfortable with tablets
    • Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily within 60 miles of the office
