Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia & Roanoke is seeking Door to Door Marketers to join our team. We are looking for Entry Level Sales Reps to represent Renewal by Andersen in the Central Virginia region. Your role involves advising potential customers on their window and door issues and explaining solutions. This position offers growth opportunities into different roles. After paid training, you will have the tools to maximize earnings, with no cap on bonuses.

• Shift hours: 9am-5pm in winter, 11am-7pm in summer, Monday-Friday.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficient communication skills.
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and walk 3-5 miles daily.
• Familiarity with technology such as tablets and web platforms.
• Motivated, ambitious, dependable attitude.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Competitive pay averaging $20-$30/hour, with no cap on bonuses. Benefits include branded gear, medical/dental/vision insurance (full-time), 401K with company match, company-paid life insurance, paid time off (12 days first year), 2 floating holidays, and short-term disability.

Bonus opportunities are uncapped and performance-based. For example, meeting a minimum of 4 demos per week earns a $250 bonus, with additional bonuses for exceeding this number. Our bonus program rewards your effort and success in scheduling and demoing appointments.
