Renewal by Andersen is seeking accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to enhance our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?

This position earns commission in addition to a base pay of $20 per hour. Our current employees make up to $27/hr. The team works Monday - Friday, around 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, with specific start and end times varying based on the season and area. Breaks and a 1-hour lunch are provided. Base pay considers experience, education, location, and certifications; your recruiter will share specific details during hiring.

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas.

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager
• Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to record data accurately
• Maintain a professional appearance, be courteous, and adhere to municipal permitting requirements
• Attend paid meetings and training; walk in various weather conditions
• Communicate ideas for improving the canvassing program to the Program Manager
• Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings; become a Signature Service expert
• Participate in pre-shift meetings via Zoom or in person
• Check in with the Proximity Manager before and after shifts

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Customer Service or door-to-door experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, comfortable with tablets
• Ability to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily within 60 miles of the office
