ResCare Community Living

• Abides by and demonstrates the company's Mission, Vision, and Values through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis
• Supervises the provision of assistance to person(s) served to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being
• Monitors and ensures staff follow agency procedures to promote safety, health care, and behavior supports
• Ensures staff completes all required documentation to ensure quality services
• Supervises staff interactions with persons served, promoting their rights and quality of life
• Participates in recruitment, ensures vacancies are filled promptly, and contributes to hiring and termination decisions
• Ensures appropriate staff deployment and staffing ratios in compliance with regulations and service plans
• Prepares and posts schedules, oversees staff training and orientation, and maintains records
• Provides feedback on staff documentation and ensures compliance with safety and health standards
• Supports staff development and conducts performance reviews
• Responds to emergencies and participates in investigations as needed
• Monitors budgets and expenses, ensuring operations stay within financial guidelines
• Trains staff on safety, financial, and administrative controls

• One year of supervisory experience required
• Experience supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries preferred
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility in work hours and locations
• Experience managing systems, processes, and people
• Knowledge of relevant regulations concerning brain injury services
• Ability to use office and adaptive equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent work experience in brain injury or residential services
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
