We're seeking aResidential Managerto oversee one of our residential homes, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and leading a team of dedicated staff.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in providing person-centered care
- Oversee health, safety, and wellness plans tailored to individual needs
- Facilitate community inclusion, vocational supports, and lifelong learning
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
- Maintain facility standards and coordinate inspections
- Collaborate with families, service providers, and support networks
- Participate in fundraising and agency-wide initiatives
- Provide program data in the state's EIS system and respond to RFPs
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDS course completion
- CRMA certification preferred
- CPR/FA certification preferred
- regulatory vaccinations
- Valid Maine driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Clean criminal background check
- High moral character and commitment to ethical principles
- Experience in residential care or human services preferred
